This policy explains what personal data Hati Thai collects through hatithai.id, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. Hati Thai is operated by PT Hati Thai Bali, a licensed training provider (LKP Hati Thai Academy, Permit No. 530/2025, Badung Regency) and holistic spa in Bali, Indonesia.

Information you give us. When you submit one of our website forms (enquiry, contact, partner or free Spa Audit), we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, and, where relevant, your business or venue, role, location, area of interest and message.
Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your device and browser, the pages you view, how you reached us, approximate location and how you interact with the site.
Our legal grounds are, as applicable, your consent, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, steps taken at your request before entering an agreement, and compliance with legal obligations.

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta Platforms (Pixel), Make (form automation), Notion (our enquiry records), Google Workspace / Gmail (notifications and email) and Fresha (spa bookings). Some of these providers are located outside Indonesia and the European Economic Area, so your data may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.
A note on overseas placement. Hati Thai is a training, assessment and certification institution only. We are not a recruitment or placement agency and do not facilitate visas. Any overseas placement is handled solely by licensed P3MI partners. We do not collect your data through this website for the purpose of overseas job placement.
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Enquiry and form data is typically retained for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. These rights apply under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors in those regions, and under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022). Our website and services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
